Every plan includes a monthly minute allowance (Pro 200, Pro+ 400, Power 600). Your Sidekick keeps answering beyond it - additional minutes are billed as overage at £1.20/min + VAT, charged to the second and capped so you never pay more than a bigger plan would have cost.
